We have grown our private service offering considerably over the past few years and it has helped patients receive prompt and effective treatment they would have otherwise struggled to receive. Unsurprisingly, we are getting busier with these and other services and in most cases an appointment is required.
Weight Management Clinic
Our private weight management service offers medically supervised treatment mainly using Mounjaro® (tirzepatide) — a prescription-only injection designed to support sustainable weight loss and long-term weight maintenance. We also use Wegovy (semaglutaide) when appropriate. The service is available to adults with a BMI ≥30, or ≥27 with a weight-related condition. Treatment is combined with professional dietary, lifestyle, and behavioural support to promote lasting results. These medications work by improving blood sugar control and reducing appetite, helping clients achieve healthier weight goals through safe, evidence-based care

Ear Infection Service
Our private ear infection service offers rapid assessment and treatment for otitis externa (outer ear infection). For a non-refundable £10 consultation, our pharmacist will examine your ears and determine the best course of care. If suitable, a combined antibiotic and steroid ear spray (Otomize®) may be recommended for an additional £5. This clinically approved treatment helps reduce pain, swelling, and infection quickly and allows us to treat patients who don't qualify for our NHS Pharmacy First service because they are too old. The service is delivered by our qualified pharmacist, ensuring prompt, safe and effective management of uncomplicated otitis externa.

Delay Service (Norethisterone)
Our community pharmacy now offers a private Period Delay service using the medication Norethisterone. Following a short consultation with our trained pharmacist (appointment required), suitable patients can receive treatment to safely delay their period for travel, events, or other occasions. This convenient, confidential service provides professional advice and quick access to medication without needing a GP appointment.

We now offer a private Male Hair Loss service using Finasteride. Following a consultation (appointment required) with our trained pharmacist, suitable patients can access this clinically proven treatment to help reduce hair loss and support hair regrowth.
