Simply nominate our pharmacy as your preferred dispenser, and your prescriptions will be sent directly to us — no need to collect paper forms from your surgery. You can nominate us by: Letting our pharmacy team know in person or by phone Requesting it through your GP practice or NHS App 2. We Dispense Your Medicines Once your prescription arrives, our pharmacy team will prepare your medicines promptly and check they are safe and suitable for you. We’ll explain how to take them and answer any questions about your treatment or side effects if needed. 3. Collection or Delivery You can collect your medicines at a time that suits you, or ask about our home delivery (chargeable) service if this is required. Prescription Charges and Exemptions You’ll pay the standard NHS prescription charge per item unless you’re exempt.
