This service is ideal if you have an important event, holiday, or special occasion and wish to avoid menstruating at that time. We provide a pack of 30 norethisterone tablets for £15, which works by temporarily altering the hormonal signals that trigger your period. By taking norethisterone as instructed, you can delay your period until you stop the medication, at which point your period will begin normally. Before prescribing, our healthcare team will review your medical history to ensure that norethisterone is safe for you. Norethisterone is generally safe for healthy women but may not be suitable if you have certain medical conditions such as a history of blood clots, liver disease, unexplained vaginal bleeding, or breast cancer. How to use: Norethisterone is typically started 3 days before your expected period. Tablets are taken three times daily for the duration you wish to delay your period (up to 2 weeks is common, but longer use may require medical guidance). Your period will usually start 2–3 days after stopping the tablets. Important Information: Norethisterone may cause side effects, including nausea, breast tenderness, headaches, or mood changes. It does not protect against pregnancy; if you are sexually active and not using contraception, additional protection is needed.
